Congoleum Corporation has completed multiple test floors with SurePly® Premium Underlayment. It has proven to be a high quality plywood underlayment panel. SurePly® has a smooth Birch face, 3 long-grain Birch veneers, solid core construction and exterior glue bond. SurePly® is acceptable for all flooring applications when used with all Congoleum resilient flooring. SurePly® meets the underlayment requirements as outlined in the Congoleum Professional Installation Guide. We authorize the use of the Congoleum® name in your marketing and advertising materials.The responsibility for all warranties and/or performance guarantees rests with the manufacturers of the installation products used and not with Congoleum. Congoleum makes no recommendations for installation. Responsibility for any and all warranty issues related to SurePly® Premium Underlayment fall on the manufacturer and not Congoleum.
